Two issues arose, The first was a DMV hearing for the refusal and we won allowing the client maintain his license and driving privileges during the pendency of the criminal proceeding. The second was the criminal case. After, well over a year of battling with the district attorneys office, trial ensued. Trial counsel, was successful and got a not guilty verdict . Client innocent of all charges.
Arson chargeClient was charged with arson for allegedly setting an appointment on fire. Client was immediately checked into a hospital for psychological evaluation.

Felony gun chargeClient was arrested for having an illegal gun and facing three years in jail. Client spouse had a legal permit for the gun unfortunately, the spells became ill and asked client to secure gun and place and family home. Apparently, a neighbor saw client with gun As he didn't immediately put it in Home+ and secure it. Neighbor reported this to the police. Police came and arrested client. Case went to trial and verdict came back not guilty. Client was acquitted and found innocent of all charges
12 Felony Drug chargesOur client was accused of stealing doctors prescription pads and writing dozens of prescriptions for hundreds and hundreds of narcotic pills including OxyContin. After, months of litigation and continued diligence the District Attorney's Office and the court agreed with our position. They dismissed 11 counts of felony drug charges and on the 12th the client took a plea of disorderly conduct. The client wound up with no criminal record.
Murder chargeClient was charged with murder for stabbing someone to death. It was believed to be Racially motivated. We litigate of the matter with the District Attorney's Office and the case was presented to the grand jury after hours of testimony the case came back no true bill thus, The grand jury did not indict. The case was dismissed and our client was exonerated.
